立食文化開始係香港蔓延,尖沙咀同一條街都已經有兩間。今日就試下開左兩個月左右嘅鮨廷🤤原來係無得訂位嘅,好幸運地星期六下晝12:30左右去到,裡面仲有兩個位,正好唔洗排隊即刻入座💡同男朋友各人叫左六貫自選壽司定食。佢呢張點餐紙係令人興奮嘅。因為我地都唔係好喜愛食魚類刺身,所以有得揀嘅壽司set正合我意。除此之外,仲可以用優惠價額外加點”高級版更高享受嘅壽司”😹真係無講錯嫁,因為有炙燒右口魚、海膽、大拖羅等等呢d特別食材,大胃d嘅話真係可以每樣叫一件🙊 不過細胃子嘅我地只係加左大拖羅、赤貝同埋右口魚😛壽司醋飯size適中,一啖一口,刺身都好新鮮🤤大拖羅雖然未到入口即溶,但入口個種油香同順滑感,拍得住日本當地享用嘅級數。赤貝爽甜味鮮,仲好大隻添,呢個價錢如果可以嗌多件就正喇😹。一路食一邊同廚師傾計,原來右口魚並唔係打錯,佢的確係左口魚個朋友,但更厚肉更稀有!的確經過炙燒後,魚油更為甘香,肉質肥美嫩滑🤓呢一餐雖然係立食,但每一件壽司都感受到廚師用心製作,每個步驟都一絲不苟,連放係度嘅茶類,都有玄米茶同綠茶任君選擇,成個用餐體驗就好似係日本咁,有賓至如歸嘅感覺🥰 埋單見到佢d聖誕set,心思思想
