要講咁多種海鮮既食法,我特別鍾情清蒸,因為我覺得清蒸先可以真實咁帶出海鮮最新鮮最爽甜既一面,近年好流行既蒸海鮮餐廳絕對係我杯茶。今晚去左呢間有蒸氣海鮮石鍋專門店,質素甚高,價錢又合理,值得再番食。叫左個$328海鮮set, 首先黎既係黑松露燉蛋,燉蛋好滑,加埋陣陣既黑松露清香,作為頭盤味道一流又有暖胃既感覺。食完頭盤就開始到主菜海鮮,值得一提既係基本上叫完餐之後就可以坐定定等食,因為餐廳侍應會幫你蒸海鮮果一part, 咁就可以確保海鮮喺最佳狀態。今晚食左既海鮮有蜆,鮑魚,帶子,桶蠔,蝦,鮮魷,另外仲有豬肉丸,墨魚丸同勝瓜。基本上全部海鮮都真係新鮮感滿分,特別係鮑魚同帶子真係好鮮甜又大隻,份量十足。豬肉丸同墨魚丸都係新鮮手打,幾特別。最後我揀係湯底,個湯盡收全部海鮮既精華,真係無得彈!

今晚食左既海鮮有蜆,鮑魚,帶子,桶蠔,蝦,鮮魷,另外仲有豬肉丸,墨魚丸同勝瓜。基本上全部海鮮都真係新鮮感滿分,特別係鮑魚同帶子真係好鮮甜又大隻,份量十足。
