遠道而來到煲仔飯出名的地方,當然一定是要叫煲仔飯。白鱔雞煲仔飯,唔大煲,是一人份量多少少。白鱔是新鮮貨,成品是煑得鱔肉較為爽口,有咬口嗰種。因為其實鱔肉煑得時間久些,肉質會變得軟軟黏口些的,口感是不同的。兩種吃法都各有喜好者。雞件唔算多,雞肉彈牙,沒有多餘醃料。其中拌飯豉油調得鹹度適中,沒有搶走其鮮味。另煲仔飯精髓之處是仲有可吃到脆卜卜又香噴噴的飯焦。椒鹽生蠔,應是桶蠔。雖是椒鹽,但並不乾身,咬落只有薄薄的炸皮包住軟綿綿的生蠔,且毫無腥味。
