To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食材新鮮的日式壽司

又到吃晚飯的時候，途經元氣壽司，就想吃一下魚生和壽司，於是就前去光顧，入到店內服務員帶位，坐下來之後就用數碼相機的鏡頭，掃描賬單紙上的二維碼，進入頁面後就點餐，這次點了二碟吞拿魚壽司，三碟蟹肉蟹膏軍艦，柚子醬油鰹魚壽司一碟，白鳥貝壽司一碟，麵鼓湯一碗，牛肉烏冬湯麵一碗，和黑松薯條，大板章魚燒，紅鱈蟹忌廉餅各一碟等，等了一段時間後餐來了，之後就開始吃，軍艦和壽司的用料新鮮，用日式芥辣加海鮮醬油點來吃份外入味，麵鼓湯和牛肉烏冬的湯底夠清甜，麵條夠柔韌彈牙不黏喉，黑松薯條，大板章魚燒，紅鱈蟹忌廉餅外層炸夠香脆可口，沒有麵粉味的感覺和很好吃，整體上很不錯，服務員的態度也很好，店內裝潢整潔雅緻，坐位舒適好座，冷氣也夠涼，下次再來光臨，而且鄰近於酒店區海傍，吃完後可以順道在這裏的星光大道散步吹風，和欣賞漂亮的夜海景
