想食一間質素高的廚師發辦,朋友介紹我到半島酒店的「釧Kushiro」,所以就訂枱今晚來,《瀧 Taki 》套餐:3 前菜, 3 一品料理, 8 壽司, 湯, 甜品3款前菜中,特別想推介:{龍蝦湯奶凍+櫻花蝦肉+魚子醬}底層為龍蝦湯整成嘅啫喱,加入蕃茄、牡丹蝦、俄羅斯魚子醬及食用花,呢道前菜工序繁多,很有心思。另外2款前菜分別是鱈魚白子及塘鱧魚,一樣咁出色!上完前菜,先來4款壽司,包括石鯛魚、北海道北寄貝、秋刀魚及黑鯥魚,由淡到濃,超級新鮮!再上3款一品料理,武士蠔、鰤魚配海苔蘿蔔漬物、炸金鯛魚,其中師傅把金鯛魚的魚皮炸得香脆可口,調味的汁帶點微辣,好夾。再來另外4款壽司,包括筋子、中拖羅、大拖羅,重頭戲當然就是新鮮海膽,大大件手握來食,大滿足!甜品亦都是令人回味無窮,有豆乳福袋、生果盒初志の宴及黑芝麻朱古力,不單止賣相精緻,味道更是上承。完美的一餐!
