難得今日放假,去了銅鑼灣四團逛。順便相約友人午餐,平日真係好難約到。友人推介一間日本料理小店,真係好細,只有十多個位。 主打刺身。懶惰的我點了廚師發辨丼,一來放假唔想用腦諗食咩!二來廚師發辨一定是時令的食材。油甘魚,鯛魚,烏賊,帶子,北寄貝,蟹膏,甜蝦,三文魚,非常豐富。帶子好鮮。濃濃的蟹膏帶甘,好正!三文魚夠晒肥美。鯛魚清清地,合胃口。另有前菜,沙律菜和湯。以二百多元可以食到咁新鮮的食材,不算太貴。
