To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✨蜜汁西班牙黑豚肉叉燒（需預訂）早幾年食過，覺得係當時人生食過最好食嘅叉燒💯今次再黎食，依然係心目中第一名🥇外層焦香但唔會燶，肉質細嫩又多汁，豚肉的油潤感非常平均，絕對不是平時半肥瘦的質感～✨花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗蟹鉗鮮甜肉厚🦀蛋白滑嫩，而且充滿蟹肉的湯汁😋看似簡單，但是好好味～✨龍鳳燒賣(金腿帶子燒賣+香茜蝦球燒賣）睇相唔覺，但實際比平時的燒賣大2倍😂餡料非常多，蝦球大隻爽彈，帶子有咬口，值得一試✅✨中東吉品鮑魚酥個人覺得鮑魚不是重點，個酥反而更出色，香酥而不膩👍🏻另外點了✨椰汁螺肉蜂巢芋角和✨紫菜墨魚肉雲吞，好吃但不特別😂因為慶祝生日，預訂了壽桃包🍑餐廳也送了2粒糯米糍和2塊曲奇🍪(蛋撻另外點的)，中餐慶祝都可以有儀式感🥳餐廳環境舒適，裝修雅致✨服務亦很好🩷
