試過啲間酒樓飲茶,點心非常高質素,今次就試吓晚市,同樣係咁高質素。叫咗幾碟小菜,用料講究而且顯出廚師功架,絕對係優質。雖然價錢都幾貴,但一分錢一分貨,如果想品嘗中菜美食,對食物質素有要求,啲間「睿海御宴」絕對可以滿足到你。黑椒鹽酥炸牛油果 $88前菜叫咗碟酥炸牛油果,外表酥脆粉漿夠薄不覺油膩,牛油果時間掌握得剛好不會過熟,味道亦不錯。羊肚菌日本玉子豆腐 $168羊肚菌勁香濃食材優質。煮法其實就係琵琶豆腐,豆腐香滑,味道偏清淡不會過咸。琥珀蜜桃咕嚕肉 $198咕嚕肉係一碟好普通菜式,但要煮得好食絕對考廚師嘅廚藝。啲碟咕嚕肉可以話係無可挑剔。豬肉用上鮮甜嘅梅頭非常軟淋,表面炸粉剛好能夠做到鬆脆效果。蜜桃係新鮮而唔係罐頭蜜桃,琥珀(蜜糖合桃)亦一與以往的出色。配合彩椒同酸甜漿汁,稀稠度剛好,高水準之作。乾炒A5 和牛河粉 $188牛河茶餐廳都有,但要炒得一碟好嘅牛河,就好考廚藝,要夠鑊氣而不帶油膩。啲碟牛河就完全發揮出咩叫好食嘅牛河。河粉彈牙有口感,牛肉用上咗A5和牛,牛味濃郁到爆登,整體一啲油膩感都沒有。食完係冇丁點油殘留在碟上,可見非常夠穫氣而且炒得夠乾身。 係我食過最貴嘅牛河,同時亦係
