To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳走的是貴價路線，食材質素還可，唯普遍員工的服務態度，有待改善，相信集團有很多人材，何不從其他元氣分店，挑選一些有質素的員工過來，提升餐廳的整體評分，讓顧客能真正有一個較舒適的用餐服務和環境，能更符合公司的策略。員工站在面前，跟她說要埋單，她也可裝作聽不到，視而不見，施施然的走過。迴轉壽司枱內的壽司師傅，忙碌地在準備壽司，然而卻互相交談，說個不停。今期推介的是象拔蚌刺身，為圖片真只供參考，賣相跟圖片完全是兩個模樣。牛肉豆腐鍋整體的質素較之前有進步，值得推介。
