香香宮煮一直都好出名，宮廷風裝修，超級得意！連餐具豉油樽、飲品樽都係古代感覺。入面夠晒闊落坐得幾舒服😌佢哋每一度食物用料豐富份量大。湯底方面揀咗花膠雞湯鍋，花膠同雞分開上，廚師將雞件整到只係半熟所以淥一陣就可以拎返上嚟食，最緊要就係保持到嫩滑原汁原味👍🏻艾莎公主牛肉寶盒共六款唔同嘅牛肉部位，包括牛腱🌟牛頸脊、安格斯、黃喉、牛舌同牛柳粒。上菜方式超靚一打開有好多乾冰形成嘅煙走出嚟，感覺高尚！超級推介牛頸脊超脂肪比例高，咬落去濃濃脂香。黃喉好爽口，牛舌厚薄適中，口感爽脆牛肉味香濃。伊比利亞橡果豬，性價比超價錢抵食，切得比較薄所以食落肉質爽口又香口。香香公主響鈴拼盤大推，一共四條有兩條沾上了鹹蛋黃醬，超級香口。剩餘兩條就係原味放落湯度1秒就可以拎上嚟主要食佢嘅油脂香。蟹黃餃好好食，內餡超大粒，彈牙蟹黃膏香。松露芝心墨魚丸，果然內裏健康入邊有大大粒芝士流心❤️📍 香香宮煮 (金輝大廈) (尖沙咀)尖沙咀加拿芬道16號金輝大廈1樓
