To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從譚仔畀日本丸龜製麵母企收購後，我都仲未有機會再食譚仔，今晚口淡淡，一於食譚仔啦！食譚仔因為價錢平，不過原來今日有$10 9件麥樂雞，早知食麥當勞啦，不過算啦都坐低囉唯有食譚仔囉。叫咗一碗韭菜豬膶清湯米線。成碗面鋪滿韭菜，真係好開心呀！因為我超級鍾意食韭菜。又叫咗一碗炸醬。炸醬嘅味道啱啱好，個精粹就係喺醬度，肉碎反而無味。將所有炸醬倒係麵度，都好好食。一個朋友仔叫咗一碗榨菜清湯米線，譚榨菜酸酸地，夠開胃。我今晚食咗米線，唔知下次幾時再食譚仔呢？
