To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

次次和朋友外出食三哥，必定會點套餐兩人分。原本想點酸辣湯底，但因為朋友喉嚨痛，只好選擇清沙，而清湯果然是完全無味。下午時段食米線，不知是否人流不多的關係，大廚煮米線時煮得太耐，所以有點過軟，但都不至於爛掉。今日笙竹好味，豬潤煮得剛好，炸醬一如以往地好食。希望朋友快點康復，下次可以轉回酸辣湯底啦！
