To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同阿仔出街，搵嘢食，通常都會諗到附近有冇茶木。其實佢每樣嘢食，我都真係好鍾意，價錢相宜，但質素又有返咁上下，上枱嘅賣相，會有視覺享受今日又係食鹽酥雞，佢個鹽酥雞係我食過最鍾意嘅佢嘅手工麵，亦都係每次都食佢。唔想牙仔咁熱氣，就叫咗個台式烤香腸俾佢食，嗰隻滷蛋真係畫到不得了，不過我自己唔鍾意食糖心蛋，因為生雞蛋始終都會擔心，但係佢個蛋白就真係好滑，喺第二度都食唔到。不過台式腸真係好肥，好多肥豬肉，大人食平時我都唔覺得有問題，今次叫咗俾阿仔，先發現有咁多肥豬肉，我都唔敢俾佢食同阿仔可以開開心心咁食一餐，埋單都係$200左右，真係價廉物美
