最近有機會同朋友去油麻地嘅一間叫榴槤王食嘢,老闆非常熱情招待,整間店舖都充滿了榴槤既香味。首先,老闆介紹我哋食"榴槤心太軟"即叫即整,非常新鮮。賣相吸睛之餘,心太軟中間仲會溜出香味濃郁嘅榴槤,香甜嘅朱古力蛋糕非常軟綿綿,而且口感一啲都唔濟。除咗心太軟之外,仲會有店舖自製嘅榴槤冰,入口即溶,滲透出陣陣嘅榴槤味道。之後,我哋食咗一個貓山王嘅白雪餅$28、都喺即叫即整,仲可以睇住製作嘅過程。老闆會先烘一烘餅底,再放饀料,最後加餅面用火槍微燒,當中係無用到 糯米粉,但咬落非常軟熟同煙韌。另外,我哋試左一個藍莓芝士味白雪餅,餡料非常豐富,食得出是用心製作。最後,我地仲食咗榴槤泡芙,是一口迷你的,入口一咬即爆出鮮甜嘅榴槤蓉,真係一試難忘。
