To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食到咁投入肚嘅晚餐，但今晚唔同，因為我揾到咗一間可以令人打個飽嗝嘅餐廳。入到去就點咗紅湯一白湯，對比一下，白湯味道鮮哂，紅湯又夠茄味濃郁，飲落去真係暖笠笠，惹味到不得了。餐包軟綿綿, 配埋熱辣辣嘅湯，真係夠曬心。男朋友嗌嘅是肉眼牛扒，佢話滿意到不得了，牛扒啖啖肉，火候拿捏得宜，入口即溶，平平無奇嘅意粉配上濃郁肉汁，都變出位。我就決定冒險啲，嗌咗個叻沙牛根腩。牛腩腍腍哂，牛軟骨都滑溜溜，仲要個湯底甜中帶微辣，食得出師傅醒胃手藝。依家講到最抵讚嘅部分，我哋嗌咗個芝士蛋糕，打包帶返屋企食，天啊，真係頂級享受，芝士濃郁得嚟又唔會過於膩口，絲滑得黎有啲微微脆底，食完仲留有陣陣奶香。食完晚餐，兩杯特飲嚟清口，珍珠奶茶啲珍珠Q彈，蜂蜜綠茶清新解膩。可以講，今晚有幸遇上一間咁好味嘅餐廳，真係畀晒面🤤💯轉頭一定再黎，打算食埋佢哋嘅蝦球意粉同埋豬扒飯，直頭係飲食界嘅發現呀！🤩🍽️👍
