To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過JW，心諗，不如試吓佢哋樓下嘅魚吧，再唔會嗌錯嘅！入到去，環境唔錯，坐落室外，綠意盎然又超有feel，等落菜單都唔覺得攰。😌開胃先點海鮮拼盤，上碟嗰一刻，我嗰餓呀，直頭衝到雲霄飛車頂點！生蠔新鮮到，攞筷子夾一夾，啱啱好，汁液又鮮又甜，啖啖肉感，食落去好過癮。❤️轉戰主菜，牛扒配薯蓉，嚟啦！牛扒外香內嫩，五成熟得嚟唔會太乾，啖啖肉香，仲有埋薯蓉，啖啖牛油香，滑溜溜嘅，移唔開口。最後收尾點咗啲青口啤酒，青口肉質嫩滑，啤酒味道恰到好處，唔會蓋過海鮮本身嘅味，完美combi！唯一美中不足，洗手間得一間，但服務生嘅悉心服務，加上無敵海景，其實都補返嚟，下次仲想再嚟試其他海鮮，兩嘴先！👍🏻🦀🐟
