To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿M同男友都無咩謂口，咁就食下粥解解喇．男友要一碗魚片滑牛粥，佢話好味，三兩下已經食晒成碗；我就要左一碗魚片豬潤粥，粥底都好香，魚片幾滑，豬潤切厚少少，口感會更好；雜菜炒麵，凍晒，trouble；最後黎隻水晶蓮蓉鹼水糉，我唔係咁欣賞有野既鹼水糉，要點蜜糖先至覺得okey，蓮蓉唔似蓮蓉，好似豆沙．ｄ食客講到ｄ粥係用魚湯餚出來，不過不失既一餐，下次去食其他粥．
