其實經過好多次,又聽過朋友介紹好多次,終於都輪到燈籠滷味! 台式車仔麵,試試佢睇下同港式嘅有咩分別!1️⃣揀咗特選午餐B,包括有雞腎,雞翅膀,黑木耳,麻吉燒,西蘭花 + 自選麵。個餐一黎就見到滿滿嘅蔥粒同酸菜舖哂係面,望落顏色都幾豐富。2️⃣個湯底話說係租傳滷湯,用台灣總店直送秘傳配方滷湯,選用桂皮,花椒,甘草等幾十種中藥材,再用慢火熬煮,鮮味而帶回甘。碗麵嘅湯份量算少,唔似港式車仔麵咁大碗湯。3️⃣自選麵揀咗我最中意嘅油麵,粗幼適中,麵質爽滑,算幾彈牙,沾到d滷湯都幾入味,唔錯。面嘅選擇同港式嘅好相似,都係油麵,烏東,一丁,米粉米線個d嘢,重諗住會有板條個d台式麵揀。4️⃣滷雞翼都幾欶滑入味,size中等,唔會死咸,但份量得一隻。5️⃣麻吉燒原來係入面係芝士餡嘅魚餅咁上下,感覺都幾得意,好似食緊芝心魚蛋咁,份量有兩粒。6️⃣雞腎入味唔會乾柴咁,份量都俾得幾多。7️⃣其餘配菜加左大量黑木耳,同埋西蘭花,咁多菜感覺幾健康,而我本身又幾中意黑木耳。總結平日午餐時段去食冇乜人,職員都幾nice,出餐都算快,但味道未係好台灣感覺,性價比一般,但可以試下其他唔同國家文化嘅麵食都幾好。--------------------
