有名你叫裕‧鵝莊,招牌菜一定是燒鵝,據餐廳所說燒鵝用了清遠黑鬃鵝,而且明火燒烤,全部都是功夫錢。首先這裏是收茶錢$8/位,另外還有加一。滷水鵝肝配意大利黑醋鵝肝入口嫩滑,滷得入味,配上黑醋汁中和油膩感。燒鵝米燒鵝份量都很多,外皮燒至帶脆,皮肉間油脂都不少,肉質鬆化且多肉汁,還帶點炭火香味,配上自家製的酸汁,可減輕油膩感。叉燒拼燒腩飯叉燒燒至旁帶點焦,肉質嫩腍,但肉味略淡;燒腩肥瘦均勻,表皮香脆,肉質保留了肉汁,完全唔乾。百花炸蝦丸蝦丸炸至表面金黃香脆,蝦膠彈牙,中間還有隻爽口蝦仁。懷舊炸鮮奶用了3.6牛乳,所以奶香味突出,而且很滑,外層粉漿又薄。
