牛肉,相信大家都好喜愛。我自己都一樣,非常熱愛牛類食物,例如牛扒、牛舌、膊頭肉及內臟等等。我都以為自己都差不多食勻哂隻牛時,朋友話,你試埋呢間火鍋店再講喇......朋友帶我去呢間專食牛火鍋店位於太和站附近,約十分鐘路程,好易搵。店內好寬敞,好乾淨,又有電視睇,不過唔會得閒睇,因呢個火鍋好過癮,好像上左堂bio 咁因為未食過關係,店長介紹左幾款湯底同埋好特別嘅食材。而點菜就用ipad ,好方便,同埋部ipad 每碟食材都有介紹。點解部ipad介紹咁重要呢,就係因為呢到食到好多平時根本食唔到牛部位,根本你都唔會識,聽都未聽過。仲有枱面張紙又係好過癮,成隻牛喺度,介紹番你知嗰啲神秘位置其實係咩同埋應該滾幾多秒最好食。揀好食物後,個清湯牛骨湯底好快就送上來,好清甜,好多白蘿蔔同甜甜嘅粟米。其實佢其他湯底都好吸引架,有麻辣,沙嗲等等,下次再試!之後一堆主角出場吊龍伴其實係牛腰脊上面嘅肉,脂肪平衡分佈,好甘香,肉質好有咀嚼感胸口膀呢碟白雪雪嘅其實係牛胸前面一層脂肪,睇落好似好肥,其實滾熟左之後,食落去係爽口嘅,味道都係牛脂肪嘅味但唔重,係好甘香。金花趾係牛腿肌肉再切成一片片,因為腿嘅肌肉係經常郁

呢碟白雪雪嘅其實係牛胸前面一層脂肪,睇落好似好肥,其實滾熟左之後,食落去係爽口嘅,味道都係牛脂肪嘅味但唔重,係好甘香。

金花趾
係牛腿肌肉再切成一片片,因為腿嘅肌肉係經常郁,所以呢個金花趾係好彈牙,又爽口,牛味好濃郁,滾6秒就食得。

封門柳
非常少有好珍貴嘅部位,就係橫隔膜下面條肉,每隻牛都係得一條咁大把。以牛肉味黎講,佢最多,而且好瘦,但一點都無鞋口感覺。頭先仲掛住講野滾耐左,點知都係咁好食

另外仲叫左牛肉餃子同滑蛋牛,牛肉餃子好大隻,餡料好足!滑蛋牛真係滾左好耐都好滑,因為佢厚,我特登滾耐少少,點知都咁正!

飲品就飲店內推介菊花桂圓露,只是$9,好清甜,完全啱哂火鍋

總括黎講,普遍都係48至68蚊碟,咁特別,咁新鮮依材都幾抵。
