打邊爐我一向都係主打牛,今次朋友帶我嚟呢間火鍋店,就係牛肉火鍋專門店。大陸出差返嚟,太和港鐵站落車,有地膽帶路,行大約三、五分鐘就到。門面都算大,自己嚟都唔算太難搵。內部裝修簡潔,時間尚早,可以揀個靚位坐。平板落單,有圖有簡介,good~酸菜湯底做緊優惠,$1一大鍋,不過我哋兩個都係鍾情「牛雜湯底$68」,實行「牛到底」。個湯係用慢火燉煮,牛雜好腍,味道都幾濃。醬料位位十蚊,自己出去「混醬」。我就好專一,又係「牛到底」,只揀左秘制牛肉汁。呢個汁超正,少少甜,可以令牛肉鮮味甜味更突出,每件牛蘸一蘸呢個汁,味道真係加倍提升。羽衣甘藍$28一向被吹捧成「超級食物」,無數益處云云。我就冇理佢有咩益處,反正就係覺得好食,$28一大籃,比我自己去啲有機蔬果店買平好多,抵食。主角當然係牛,食左幾款刁鑽部位,其實除左封門柳,其他我都未聽過,今日要見識吓。罕有系列每款$68 – 封門柳,顏色最深,橫隔膜下面一條柳,無乜脂肪,牛肉味最濃。特色系列每款$48,份量唔少。匙柄 – 比較軟滑。 牛朴肉 – 油花分佈較為平均。牛駝峰– 我最鍾意食呢碟,無根,牛味香濃,油脂亦豐富。滑尾龍–一pan咁上枱,上面加左雞
