To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友唔帶我黎，都唔知中信大廈都有美食，係附近返工既我，以後又多一個選擇。係門口已經覺得個環境好舒服，靜靜地咁，由於我地都早入座，暫時未有人流可以任意影下相。個場好大，座位寬敞，裝修都好有格調，仲可以坐室外，室外環境其實都唔錯，但天氣太熱，都係室內嘆下冷氣算😆仲有一個角落見到有些兒童玩具，如果小朋友坐唔定可以分散下佢注意力，照顧到大人既chill同埋小朋友既需求。依到既staff態度好好，留意到我地需要新碗碟會主動幫我地換，又會提醒小心鐵鑊燙手，好親切。Egg Benedict- 好少餐廳會好似依到咁多配搭選擇，我地簡左龍蝦🦞龍蝦肉都唔少，而且肉質結實，加埋芝士好正，水波蛋一切開，蛋黃汁即刻流出來，伴住English Muffin食，係最佳配搭。Skillet pancake（chicken)-pancake一共有4款，我地簡左唯一一款咸食，有雞肉、磨菇、黑松路醬奶油。pancake唔係好空氣感果種，口感實在，我反而鐘意食依種多過好似食空氣落肚，醬汁非常濃郁，將pancake一開四，每一塊都能夠被雞肉同磨菇覆蓋，好足料好滿足。Grilled baby pork ribs、squid fr
