To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家姐從外國回港,酒店在港島區,所以就她在中環吃飯。樓底夠高,客人不多,而且望住摩天輪,所以環境一流。約客吃飯就最好了! 我們一家六口,點了五個餸,其中一個是片皮鴨二食,所以算是點了六個餸,好夠飽。包片皮鴨的薄餅分為三個。一是最普通白色的原味、第二個是黑色的,最後一個是紅色。爸爸說紅色的是甘筍,但是我吃不出三個有什麼分別。片皮鴨每人都可以分到三四件,很足夠。而二食的另一個菜式是鴨鬆包生菜,味道一般。 叫了柚子汁脆蝦球。由於一碟只有五件,而我們有六個人,所以侍應幫我們加多一件,一件的收費是$120。柚子味很清新,而蝦球炸得外脆內軟,蝦球的size亦很大,味道不錯。 清炒蘆筍,味道不過不失。但是最後看了單,竟然收我$320,完全不值。 魚香醬蒸鱈魚黑豆腐。黑豆腐第一次見,味道一般,沒有豆味。而鱈魚魚肉好嫩滑,感覺不錯。 最後是海王西施泡飯。這個非常好吃,湯就是龍蝦湯,海鮮足料,加一些薄脆,口感一流。
