去左任食火鍋~11人~7點食到9點幾~飽到嘔,everyone有蝦有貝送~野飲任飲算係咁la~食咁多間~任食火鍋~食物唔係呢間最好~但service就一定係呢間~~d ar姐~你未開聲巳幫你加飲野~又自動波係suitable timing幫你收返d碟~後尾發現用credit card找數~無比discount第二日打電話去問返用credit card 無比discount的事客戶部姐姐對過去式的enquiry同build up reputation唔多上心,叫我打返去間分店問...(可能佢地做得成生意有得收commission,so唔想spend time落我呢d 過去式customer)收線前我問左可唔可以退返錢~~佢話prove到有呢張單就ok~語氣尚算良好....之後打左去分店問...peak hour個姿客小姐不耐煩應付不到這類問題,很快轉了給經理...經理強調可能尋日伙記忙,故無留意....,其實我只係想退返錢,無意compliant佢地的service,更可況d ar 姐尋日ok勤快~~經理再三強調後,發現我無意收線,佢終於好有禮貌咁問...請問有咩我可以幫到你...我話我

第二日打電話去問返用credit card 無比discount的事

收線前我問左可唔可以退返錢~~佢話prove到有呢張單就ok~語氣尚算良好....

其實佢仲要計少個price同埋加一...
可能佢覺得呢個數目係一個小數目....但無理由咁架ma~~
講真我ok唔開心架...就算係幾蚊~~或者幾十蚊,計少左就係計少左....
haha~成個師奶仔咁....不過平時買野如果買平左幾蚊~都會開心好一陣子....
不過消費完的service,我真係最驚真係呢d~~之前買衫之後發現有問題~~打返電話問...佢地都好好禮貌~仲好nice 真係會令你有想繼續幫襯的感覺架~
之後就上去問返經理拎錢~~
一上到去,有個年輕部長招呼我~~表明來意後佢叫我坐底等下~~跟住頭先接電話的話事人走出黎...
跟住仲好有禮貌話尋日太忙無留意~仲話即退返果$34比我~~本來我想講埋加一~~點佑佢走得太快~~
不過無講佢都比返加一的錢我~~真係抵讚~
雖然d錢唔係話好多~~但正好回返尋日收唔夠數的差距~~
