To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日行開觀塘,去一間朋友介紹食椒鹽豬扒出名既金飯館試下,成間舖都坐滿曬人,可能因為食午飯時間,坐位十分窄,侍應同企喺counter男收銀嘅唔知係咪老闆,服務態度都十分之差,女侍應叫佢攞隻碗都要叫幾次,椒鹽豬扒飯分量足夠,但味道比較偏鹹,沙嗲三寶豬皮有好多沙,牛柏葉份量偏小,豬皮比較多,沙嗲味道都尚算可以,小店睇得出有用心去製作,但都有地方需要改善,尤其是顧客服務,QR code落單系統亦不算user friendly。
