To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物一般 環境滿分搭夠

食物⭐️⭐️⭐️：比想像中一般，火鍋黎講因為絕大部份食材都唔需要烹調，所以我會比較看重湯底，我哋嗌咗個鹹酸菜胡椒豬肚雞湯，頗為失望，只有胡椒味，完全無鹹酸菜/豬肚/雞味。其他食材正常發揮。價錢⭐️⭐️⭐️：人均$600食到超飽，雖然稱唔上抵食，中環黎講都係預料中價。環境⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：雖然香港有唔少類似主題同類型既火鍋店，港式、中國風、帶點鹹濕味，兒紅院算係做得數一數二，唔係就咁掛個霓虹燈，除左整體裝修，好多細節都感受到花左好多心機，包括menu上既創意、門口射去對面馬路外牆嘅射燈、cocktail presentation, 所有餐具上都有訂製logo, etc…當晚我坐咗門口向着雲咸街個窗口位，環境因素令成個dining experience起碼加左40分。服務⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：不錯，員工好friendly幫我地影相打卡Overall⭐️⭐️⭐️: 環境完勝，食物質素可以做得更加，中環火鍋店來講未必係首選，但地點方便都有機會二訪，但要揀過食咩先好嗌。
