To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌹星期日放假，天氣不穩去睇戲，揀了金鐘太古廣場戲院。我們看11:30，找間近戲院又早開的食店，於收藏早餐店中選了《Dolce 88》正合適，7:30開始營業，又近戲院。🌹餐廳位於萬豪JW酒店內，第一次去，酒店觀感是較古舊，而Dolce 88較為好些，一貫coffee shop 模式，面積不大，只提供高椅及檯，如果天氣好，景觀應不錯，但當天窗戶外極不清晰，有很多水點，打了折扣。餐廳沒有熱食提供，只有包包，但能為客人焗熱。沒有多選擇下，點了：chicken pie⭐️⭐️⭐️$60餡料足，收費略高croissant ⭐️⭐️⭐️$25正常口感Ham & Cheese croissant ⭐️⭐️$50因組合的問題，不能大火力翻熱，導致芝士冷，菜不新鮮，包不脆Ginger Latte ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️$44薑味香濃，口感獨特個人評分食物味道飲品環境衛生服務抵吃回頭率
