上個月展覧撤館後跟公司同事來過食飯,今次特意請親戚一行四人再光顧一下,我是在開飯喇的網上訂座的,五點半周末,如果7:30前結帳正牌餐是有六五折的。首先我們準時入座:1)先點了個皇牌的豉油皇鵝腸,味道甜咗少少,芽菜爽口,算合格。2)順德撈魚皮,花生脆口,魚皮就沒有上次咁爽口,沒有上次咁厚,煙靭咗少少;3)主菜:沙參玉竹花膠深海龍躉湯,好正足料滋補,花膠有六件,不過一件不夠𣺉,食咗好有骨膠原之外,龍躉都唔錯,厚皮厚肉好彈牙,有八件四個人夠分,湯底好清甜,因為有祀子,龍眼肉乾,每人都飲咗三四碗,真係好正!飲完湯,再加豬骨湯可以再點火鍋料繼續打邊爈。4)點了出名小食炸魚皮,好熱好脆,好大塊好似塊面咁大,好脆加上少少辣粉,媽咪都話最好食,魚皮是用門鱔剝出來的。5)再點即炸響鈴加酸甜汁點來就咁吃好鬆脆。6)鮮黃沙豬潤,放了鍋一陣縮水得好厲害,同時,唔夠爽,唔係咁好食,7) 雜菜籃有四款:津菜、西洋菜、唐萵和皇帝菜。菜好新鮮呢四種真係最適合打火鍋了。8)今次點了魚肉,無點其他肉,食了爽脆白鱔片八片,不過咁夠脆。鮮豬黃喉,本店推介,但食落去無咩味道,好似食硬膠片。萵筍好有色澤,好脆好爽口好好味!👍🏻9

9) 最後加個手打鯪魚滑,上面有些蟹子,自己用匙羹續啲放到鍋慢慢煮,等一陣浮起食得了,魚肉好彈牙好好味!
總括來說,十分滿分的我給七分!希望下次試其他東西,例如刺身,大閘蟹,糯米飯先!
