To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我從來都只睇食評不寫食評的,今次第一次寫係因為我覺得影響到食客人生安全問題,所以寫了我這次的經歷。我地book了位準時到達就有位,SERVICE都幾ok,我地點了牛油雞翼、辣肉生菜包、西貢牛柳粒蕃茄飯、兩杯特飲—蜜糖兒(類似薄荷青檸沙冰)。其實佢地d食物都算ok,雖然西貢牛柳粒蕃茄飯走漏單好遲先到,但我先生好喜歡佢個辣肉生菜包所以我地都好有心機等…終於等到啦~~飲品都飲了大半,這時候我在我杯特飲裡飲到一些硬硬的東西,最初以為係冰,但咬落去好似咬到沙咁,於是我吐出來發現東西係透明不會融的,同老公商量過後拍了相就找經理講,那個經理望一望紙巾上的玻璃碎,沒講什麼只說對不起,並快速地收了那張紙巾同有料既飲品,即刻話唔收我地這兩杯特飲錢,佢仲好識做送了我地甜品,但只係好cheap既椰汁西米糕,好心如果佢有誠意就俾我地免費任算一份甜品,咁樣我地都「gir」d,幸好我飲沙冰都要咬爛d冰先飲落肚,如果唔係玻璃碎入了落腸可能要洗胃了。最後埋單都要$202.4,只計了我地3個餸連加一,其實都幾貴。經過今次既陰影,雖然食物不錯但我地唔會再去幫襯了。
