We arrived around 12:20p.m. on a weekday and we were seated right away.It was not our first visit. It was my lunch partner's order and he said the food was not so hot despite the really hot plate. He said this one tasted better than my udon because it was less salty and the portion was bigger.

Everything on this plate was hot, except for the soft boiled egg. The soft boiled egg tasted really good and smooth. I broke it and mixed the egg yolk juice with the whole thing. The curry sauce was slightly spicy and was very delicious. And there was cheese on it which was quite a surprise. The udon was very smooth but too soft. That said, taste-wise the udon absorbed the sauce pretty well and was so yummy. There were about 6 beef cubes which seemed a reasonable portion.

We tried this but it didn't seem to add much value/flavour to the dish as the curry sauce itself tasted really good with a slight spicy taste.

We added this side dish at a cost of $10. They were served pretty hot. The quality was reasonable.

We upgraded our lunch set to get this at a cost of $13. We wanted to add some almond slices as toppings but they were running out of them. The soft cream was smooth but the texture was obviously less thick than those served at famous matcha places like 中村藤吉 and 辻利茶舗. The matcha taste was much less rich. That said, the quality was reasonable when you consider the cost.

It was vanilla ice cream with some solidified chocolate on top. The ice cream was of very average quality and was way worse than soft cream in terms of both texture and flavour. I would suggest that they just take away this item from their menu and just serve soft cream.

We ordered two more parfaits separately as they seemed such a good deal.

By its name, I would have expected pistachio soft cream but ended up it was still green tea. It was ok as I shouldn't have expected pistachio soft cream anyway. Menu said toppings included strawberry, cornflakes, coco chex and almond slices but they didn't add something else to replace the missing almond slices. The cornflakes were a bit hard which didn't really go along well with the whole thing. And again the green tea soft cream itself had no rich green tea flavour. We were quite disappointed. The rating of 3 was awarded given the relatively reasonable cost for a parfait. But if you ask me, I would have paid more for a better parfait.

The menu said toppings included red bean, coco chex and 椰果粒 but they replaced the 椰果粒 by blueberries without telling us. The red beans were definitely way worse than those at famous matcha places. The coco chex were ok but were quite rough. We finally truly realized the undesirable side effect of forgoing the once high utility gain from such cheaper food after getting used to really high quality food. The tongue has been spoiled.

Service was not so good. We had to ask many times for our desserts and our bill, and a waiter answered quite rudely that "there were too many people as you can see" but in fact there were so many vacate seats and they were simply not efficient enough. That said, it was still somewhere ok to go for lunch given the relatively reasonable price.
