To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴晚八點買咗個咕嚕肉飯，配雪梨雪耳肉排盅湯同 普洱茶，價錢五十四元。咕嚕肉係幾好食，但食到後未味道有啲怪，當時自己亦冇留意，而昨晚只食過大家樂，回家後亦冇進食過其他食物。到今朝凌晨四點半開始肚瀉到而家，瀉咗不下二十次。我都出唔到門睇醫生，正一離晒大譜，已打去食環署投訴，對方回覆會巡查店舖衛生環境等。提下大家，呢家大家樂的衞生環境一般，處理食物手法完全唔得。可惡呀，食物又唔係特別便宜，一間咁大連鎖店啲食物安全可以咁都得
