To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽今晚無煮飯,妹妹又話要打邊爐,於是去了秀茂坪商場那間大快活了.今次叫了2個煲3個人食,包括1個牛肉,一個豚肉火鍋,一個要了莞茜湯底,一個要麵鼓湯底. 再加18元多一碟牛肉.哎,18元芽菜就多,肉就真係超少.今次加了杯芬達,點知勁淡,超唔得.火鍋材料:豆卜,3件豆腐,數件雞塊,麵,芥蘭,西洋菜,紹菜,2粒魚蛋和牛丸.豬皮,1隻冬菇,2件蕃茄.湯底:莞莤出色過麵鼓湯底,麵鼓湯底唔多夠味.服務:差,唔叫都唔會加水,見到你無水都唔會主動加,最後我煲野乾晒,咁點解又唔叫人加,荒原十理都搵唔到人,而我地又淥晒咁濟,於是咪由它乾晒啦2個煲47X2+18+5=127/3=42.3
