To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物份量有問題

間唔中都會去呢間餐廳食lunch,因為唔知附近有咩好食,呢間餐廳已經幫襯過多次食過覺得冇乜特別,唔難食食品亦冇乜特別,可以講話冇太多選擇,豬扒,蛋,餐肉......茄汁,豉油,,,,大致係以上自由組合,廿幾蚊都幾抵架最近幫襯,試下其他野例如,豬扒炒烏冬,白汁鷄皇飯,加凍飲都係36蚊,心諗會多過頭先講果d廿幾蚊既飯......但原來咁諗係錯既三十幾蚊居然係一個普通茶記食下午茶既份量,我要重新評過呢間餐廳總括係食D最平既野一定唔使受氣,俾廿幾蚊同三十幾蚊係同一個份量
