星期六,冇訂位,部分地方有宴會,服務員禮貌地同我哋講只餘下一張2人枱,問我哋3個介唔介意坐迫啲。其實張枱係一般酒樓的4人枱,在一角落,望到少少維港景,又唔使等位,點會介意呢😀一籃印尼蝦片做前菜,收$28。普普通通,我哋只食咗幾塊。可能多數客人會飲酒,對茶的要求冇咁高!我哋叫人蔘烏龍已經冇乜味,加熱水其實都係暖,唔係水滾茶靚,有待改善!3個人叫咗3款炸物😂蠔仔唔算多,但大粒鮮甜。粉漿鬆脆,唔油膩。好似炸得好乾,其實雞肉仲好滑、唔嚡,食落胡椒味慢慢滲出來,加少少青檸汁帶出雞味。侍應上菜前先俾我哋睇吓條魚,然後攞開去拆掉條大骨。可惜我哋趕唔切影相,真係同圖片一樣炸到彎彎哋。果然冇令我哋失望,魚肉新鮮嫩滑、炸得香脆。魚本身有醃過,鹹淡適中,唔使再加佢另上嘅豉油雖然價錢唔平,但食物真材實料,冇花巧裝飾伴碟、服務良好,就係會再次幫襯嘅理由
