To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物幾好，服務有趣

土瓜灣少有既素食店，外面裝修簡約時尚都吸引左我入去，可能時間尚早，人唔多，環境安靜。服務員好可愛，唔係好識落單，經理又好有耐性咁教佢幫佢手，服務員笑笑口咁笑自己做錯野。雖然服務唔係平時想像既「好」，但感受到一份人性，服務員同經理都好隨和，所以我覺得都幾舒服。叫做個酸辣湯，偏辣，用料可以再豐富D。前菜三拼，有雞絲粉皮，脆鱔，姐姐最初唔記得幫雞絲粉皮淋汁，之後叫佢加返就即刻加返，又一臉傻氣咁，真係好好笑😂味道幾好！木耳炒豆苗，期望多D木耳，同埋無諗過係呢隻豆苗，不過味道都幾好！野食ok既，係服務要D時間再熟習D，希望繼續進步啦！
