今日中午我們去咗太子嘅「龍鳳廚坊」食中午飯!我們叫咗帶子水晶豆腐、菜膽上湯鷄、老火粉葛湯、脆皮牛坑腩同鷄油豆苗!帶子水晶豆腐嘅豆腐非常嫩滑,賣相亦好精緻吸引!菜膽上湯鷄嘅肉質極之嫩滑,就算係鷄胸嘅肉質都好滑,唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺!老火粉葛湯煲得火候十足,味道相當濃郁!脆皮牛坑腩嘅肉質好鬆軟,肉味亦好香濃,但炸粉就略嫌厚身咗啲!鷄油豆苗嘅豆苗非常青嫩,淋上咗鷄油令到豆苗更加嫩滑!由於係舊式飯店,所以環境舊式,但店員嘅服務都幾親切有禮!
