Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (JD Mall)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物出品"淡而無味"

不用等位, 因公司派人去先取位。我們叫了一個套餐加一些點心, 在食之前有點期待, 因午飯時間坐無虛席, 但一食第一件素餃就知出事, 是完全無味, 只知自己在吃一個粉團, 是生粉團。素蟹鉗, 食品的色澤很好看, 有口感, 比較彈牙, 但完全淡而無味, 可以說可用作觀看不宜吃。燒買, 完全淡而無味, 外面硬身, 裡面較身, 咬了一口, 便不吃了。炒飯及其他少炒, 都是那句, 看圖很美觀, 很想吃了它, 可是真正吃時, 你會感覺到完全淡而無味, 可以說可用作觀看不宜吃。最後的紅豆沙, 是一般最Cheap酒樓的正常品質。整餐, 小弟認為最好吃的就是一碟小花生, 在無味的食品相比下, 已是最好味的。我個人只覺得, 這餐只愛用生粉加色素做食物, 而收費不平宜, 我絕對不會再光顧。
