To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位處人煙稀少的地區,晚上前往該處的人十分少,餐廳面積不大,但有兩間相連鋪位,不過當日預約時間後仍需等候約十分鐘。餐廳的外觀十分雅致,模仿了傳統日式壽司店的裝潢而設計,在燈光稀少的晚上及這個平民地裡,這處獨顯一股韻味。由於用膳當日同行只有兩人,因此只散叫了幾款刺身及兩客丼飯。海膽三文魚丼飯:HKD128份量足夠,海膽及三文魚都幾足料,味道方面都唔錯,食得出調味有下工夫。而且聽聞係由愛媛縣產地直送嘅料,感覺上比連鎖店食到的更佳。另外,當日為朋友準備蛋糕,提前到店裡交給店員,晚上時份店員欣勤地為我們送來,而且十分樂意於拍照,服務態度值得一讚。真係感受到一種日式小店嘅感覺。希望有機會會再黎試佢D刺身。
