食得太多肉類,轉轉口味食素都係唔錯嘅選擇,今次去咗銅鑼灣嘅私房菜素喜館!素喜館店面雖然不大,但裝修簡潔,令人感覺放鬆。私房菜形式由廚師發辦,我們就靜心等待美食!前菜醋漬冬瓜,入口酸酸的,很醒胃,脆餅配上橄欖香草蛋及另一小食秋葵串,接著是日式蕃茄沙律,都是炎炎夏日的不二之選,新口味新配搭!綠色蔬菜濃湯感覺上可以清清腸胃,黑松露芝士炸薯球,配搭出色,兩個口味天衣無縫!主菜是韓式泡菜米形意粉,米形意粉在外面比較少食,外觀似意大利飯,但多了意大利粉嘅煙韌口感,加了韓式泡菜,增加了風味,不是一般素食的味寡或只有煎炸來增口感!最後是奇亞籽椰奶凍鳳梨雪芭,真係好出色,外貌平平無奇,食一口就會了解廚師的細心及食材嘅配搭,真係要比Like👍!
