To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物可以，但服務奇差

今日生日。太太一齊早經dinning city 訂了這間餐廳的中午set lunch。地址不算方便。看了地圖在九如坊左右。因為訂了1:30pm,所以早了15分鐘到。但至少花了5分鐘才找到餐廳。主要原因是餐廳門口沒有中文名字，英文名牌也比較少，真的不好找。那位＂所謂＂經理的態度真的很差。餐廳不是很大，客人也不多，告訴他是經dinning city訂枱的，但好像找了很久才找到我們的訂枱。當坐下後，隨意放下餐牌就走了。如果大家是restaurant week或dinning city 的常客，都會知道它們通常有一些特定的餐單。我們要求多次追問下才心不甘情不願下拿了那個餐單給我們。事後還要打電話給其他分店請示什樣做。我知道平日的餐單是可以賺多一點錢。但你要和dinning city 同restaurants week 合作提高知名度及業務，你應該務實點吧。不要當客人是儍瓜吧。衞生上，他是帶上藍色的衛生手套的。但收錢是那對手套，上菜又是同一對，那你帶了和沒帶有甚麽分別？天呀😱做餐廳的是否應該知道這些相對基本的知識？食物方面可以，但不想說太多了。
