老公生日當然要食餐好,某日行經對面嘅K11 MUSEA抬頭一望就見到Morton’s,就靈機一觸決定嚟呢度慶生。之前上網睇comments見個個都係叫Steak & Lobster Menu,所以就叫3份呢個set。店員首先奉上餐包,餐包充滿洋葱香味而且熱辣辣好新鮮。龍蝦湯(Lobster Bisque)非常濃郁,而且仲有不少龍蝦肉係入面。凱撒沙律(Caesar Salad)沙律菜夠新鮮,而且仲有一片片芝士同一塊蒜蓉包喺面,非常開胃。嚟呢度就係為咗食佢嘅牛扒,叫三個set就可以試其中三款唔同嘅牛扒。以下呢款係肉眼牛扒(Centre-cut Prime Ribeye) 16oz,肉質較林身亦不失肉味,小朋友最愛呢款牛扒。另一份就揀咗紐約西冷牛扒(Signature Cut Prime New York Strip) 20oz,西冷嘅肉味就比較濃郁,外層仲帶一點點炭燒嘅味道,我就比較喜歡呢個西冷。第三份就當然試返呢度嘅signature免翁牛柳(Center-cut Filet Mignon) 6oz,免翁牛柳係牛肉中最嫩滑嘅部位,脂肪較少,6安士牛柳份量最適中,呢個真係必食推介!除牛扒外

除牛扒外,呢個set仲有另一海鮮類作主菜,當然要各一份試試啦!三款海鮮類我哋覺得珍寶蟹餅(Crab Cake)係最驚艷,蟹餅嘅蟹肉係一柳柳,好有口感!
