To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同屋企人一行6 人一齊食semi lunch buffet. 叫左main course 等左一個半鐘都未有。次次問職員就問返你叫左mud, 來來回回問左7/8次。結果最後6 個 main course 來了5 個。最後個一碟，我放棄了，因為已經等了兩個多小時。本來諗住食Salad Bar，點知無野食。個salad bar 職員食完再無refill. 我只好食麵包，但又唔開個麵包焗爐，所以只可以食又硬又冷的麵包。個semi buffet 唔係平，都要$150一個，服務食物勁差，千萬唔好去！
