食物同衛生問題

昨天的體驗令食飯過程非常不安，主要問題在於食物質素同衛生問題。魚生的新鮮度和質量都不佳，$3xx 已經是最貴午市套餐，價錢雖然不是高，但亦沒有想像到魚生質素差過一般迴轉壽司店。另一事件，坐吧枱廚師分別多次彈了洗碗盤水過來食飯枱，相信是吧枱設計問題導致這些事件發生，因為廚師似乎完全沒有察覺到問題出現。我們亦不好意思當塲投訴事件。儘管環境幾優美，但這些食物、衛生問題讓我對餐廳的整體評價大打折扣。其實之前已經見到openrice有很多劣評，但都想親身去試一次，吸引點確是因為靚景同寬敞環境。可惜，今次真的非常失望，坐的位置可以不選擇吧枱，但魚生質素真的需要改善。
