To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開業以來一直好想試試,今天終於試到,環境上算整清,只是遇然有一兩隻曱甴在牆上爬,食物味道一般,但雪菜米是我有生以來食過最特別的味道(個人感覺似坑渠味)。奶茶味道淡,可能匙羹和杯感覺不太清潔,影響了品嘗的味道吧。老闆娘態度不太無禮(覺得似選擇性)。看過其他貨食評都有提過員工態度這問題,老闆娘對其他貨態度也好,無奈對我不太禮貌,可能我樣衰吧。(我第一次來真是唔知早餐餐牌放喺邊,亦都唔知點的是午餐,老闆娘發悔氣地罵午餐要在11點半呀...! 當然還差5分鐘就到11點半。)真係唔知其他分店會不會這樣。
