「春水堂」其實我想嚐試很久了,可惜老公一直都覺得它價錢昂貴,食物份量又少,而且味道亦相當一般,所以一直都沒有機會嚐試....不過今天終於成功說服了老公陪我品嚐,我當然立即「老實不客氣」地分別點了一系列菜色,除了經典的牛肉麵和魯肉便當外,還點了比較少見的芋泥圓和高山金萱No.1【紅燒牛肉麵(半筋半肉)】$82雖然整碗牛肉麵只有各自兩塊牛肉和牛筋而已,但是牛肉的肉質一點也不堅韌之餘,質感更非常細緻柔軟,肉嫩可口,細嚼慢嚥的時候,牛肉的鮮甜味更立即傾巢而出,肉汁四溢,香甜可口,口感豐富而飽滿,讓人口舌生香,回味無窮牛筋應該慢火炆了很久了,質感軟嫩得來又有點彈性,同時更充滿著濃濃的膠質,就好像正在吃花膠一樣,口感細膩而綿延,讓人陶醉其中,吮指回味最後便是麵條了,麵條比較幼身之餘,質感亦微微煙韌彈牙,十分有嚼勁,而且更滲透了牛肉湯的精華,每一口都相當有滋有味,五味俱全,美中不足的湯底的口感略為油膩了一點,如果下次可以清淡一些便好了No.2【鹽酥雞翼魯肉便當】$92雖然這份便當比起剛才的牛肉麵昂貴了 $10,但是賣相看起來大方得體多了,分別有齊蔬菜、肉類以及飯,感覺上比較值得 $92這個價錢可惜雞

總結來說,這間餐廳的食物味道只是屬於中規中矩的水平,老實說並沒有特別大的驚喜,但是這裡卻是香港少有可以泡茶的地方,讓人能夠安靜地慢慢品茶,如果下次有機會再來的話,我會點選另一款茶葉和 甜品來悠閒地享受假日的美好時光
