To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物味道唔係差，但冇款

今日的主題是「日韓尋味自助午餐」，但去到覺得係冇主題。壽司只有反卷和太卷兩款，點豉油嗰陣會散出嚟。刺身三文魚係OK，厚切，冇筋，少少甘香，但其他幾款都唔好食，冇魚味，有少少雪味。日式嗰部份就係咁多。韓式嗰部份，除咗兜有少少蚊滋飛飛下的泡菜，我諗就係自助淥麵果part? 有午餐肉，當係部隊鍋掛。有幾款點心，有啲中菜，蝦仁、雞球、西蘭花。有六款movenpick 。講真，10年8年前嘅K buffet都好食過呢度。主要係冇咩款式。完～
