To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物味道唔多得😖

之前好鍾意食丼丼屋，覺得佢啲飯賣相又吸引，味道又正，但近期好似差咗，這間分店更甚，第二次在這間分店食，第一次食時剛開張無耐，有啲亂，而且上餐仲好唔小心，倒瀉咗碗湯，食物味道好一般，今次過咗一段時間，男友話想食又見佢做緊promo叫兩個名物丼，第二個有半價，於是去了食，叫了名古屋鳥開親子丼及信州風味醬汁吉列豚丼，免費升級做定食，佢定食個湯同紫薯沙律淡而無味，兩個主食雖然賣相吸引，但個親子丼又係好淡味，反而個吉列豚又濃味得滯，好彩豚肉下面有啲生菜放底，吸下啲醬，不過豚肉質地係幾好味，幾淋，總括之言味道真係唔多得，希望佢哋快啲改善返，變返之前食其他分店丼丼屋的水準.
