To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去左將軍澳天晉匯既意樂餐廳食晚飯 佢既食物款式都好多 價錢又唔太貴同老公兩人叫左下面既野食:1) 柚子蜜味芝麻烤雞翼 $30 有4隻用個pan 上 味道唔錯 幾有味 但以為用Pan 上會好熱 向服務生反映 原來係啲雞翼原先已炸好放左係度 叫時就咁放上個Pan, 好彩雞翼凍啲都唔會好影響味道2) 香濃芝士白汁煙肉焗西蘭花 $29呢個因爲係焗既 所以上台時係熱的 個白汁配落個西蘭花度好好味 只需要$29蚊 比起麵店幾條菜心都叫你廿幾蚊 呢個真係唔錯3) 蒜香牛柳粒 $38呢個都幾好味 不過又係應該預先整好就咁放上個小pan 度上台 不過呢個就熱少少 啲肉都好林好味道4)千島菠蘿海鮮pizza $70呢個pizza... 個樣好靚好正 食落 味道係ok好味 但點解Pizza 係唔熱既食左一件已經無再食 因為好想食熱既主食 叫到隔離台叫既炒麵類都好多煙 所以就再加單叫多個粉5)蛋黃煙肉卡邦尼長通粉 $56天呀 終於有樣野上台時係有煙出架啦 個粉既蛋黃白汁好濃 呢樣野既全晚最好味題外話 呢度啲冷氣超勁 可能咁樣 好多食物上台時都已經係凍的仲有可以一讚既係呢度既服務生態度幾好 有機會會再黎 不

2) 香濃芝士白汁煙肉焗西蘭花 $29
呢個因爲係焗既 所以上台時係熱的 個白汁配落個西蘭花度好好味 只需要$29蚊 比起麵店幾條菜心都叫你廿幾蚊 呢個真係唔錯

3) 蒜香牛柳粒 $38
呢個都幾好味 不過又係應該預先整好就咁放上個小pan 度上台 不過呢個就熱少少 啲肉都好林好味道

4)千島菠蘿海鮮pizza $70
呢個pizza... 個樣好靚好正 食落 味道係ok好味 但點解Pizza 係唔熱既
