To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是平安夜,大部分公司都有早放,或者中午可以放鬆一些,吃久了遲到了都沒有所謂。妹妹因為已經放長假(做學生真美好,真幸福),因此來了公司附近,和我吃中午飯。本打算飲茶,可是周圍都不許預約,在潮江春吃小菜的話,不必等位,便可進內。條件是必須叫至少一款小菜(粥粉麵飯不計在內)以及有限款式的點心。點心以潮州菜為主,有菜粿、潮州粉果,另有蝦餃、燒賣、蝦腸粉、春卷、豆苗餃等。由於是有限款式的點心,因此沒有平日吃的叉燒包、鳳爪、煎釀三寶、牛肉球等,太可惜了! 叫了一碟素食---銀絲茶樹菇翡翠豆苗!茶樹菇味道獨具一格,鮮食脆嫩爽口,蓋肥柄嫩,味道鮮美。幹品有奶油餅幹的濃香味。平日媽咪用茶樹菇煲湯,原來炒來吃都回味無窮。芽菜新鮮,翡翠豆苗幼身,清新美味,一道令人歡喜的素菜!另有一碟川椒雞,雞肉小小件,入口嫩滑,有豉油及糖煮出來的味道。這不是小吃,因為有咸度,佐白飯是不錯選擇。旁邊的油炸海帶,香脆可口,本著好奇心,吃了一口,很好吃。但吃了第二口,第三口,很快停下來,因為薄薄好口感彷彿像吃白紙,吃多了,舌頭不舒服。服務方面,只可說比茶餐廳差,侍應不太理人,會扮看不見。在這裡吃飯,只是叫食物如此簡單的事,都

另有一碟川椒雞,雞肉小小件,入口嫩滑,有豉油及糖煮出來的味道。這不是小吃,因為有咸度,佐白飯是不錯選擇。

旁邊的油炸海帶,香脆可口,本著好奇心,吃了一口,很好吃。但吃了第二口,第三口,很快停下來,因為薄薄好口感彷彿像吃白紙,吃多了,舌頭不舒服。

服務方面,只可說比茶餐廳差,侍應不太理人,會扮看不見。在這裡吃飯,只是叫食物如此簡單的事,都會令人感到無助。潮江春味道是不錯的(廚師的水準可以保持),只是老老實實說,以我感覺廣東味比潮洲味重,正宗的當然是灣仔<<佳寧娜>>(食物及服務都十分好,只是價格相對昂貴)!
