和朋友一起上完堂後來這裡吃好東西,幸好預早訂了位,否則無機會吃到這些美食了。我們坐在吧枱,可以看到師傳處理刺身,手法衛生整潔,整個過程都看得清楚,所以都好放心食。首先叫了特上漁獲浜燒盛合(二人前),有五款海鮮- 珍寶大蝦1隻、松葉蟹腳3隻、活鮑魚2隻、蠔2隻、帆立貝2隻,轉了活凡立貝,每隻加$50,會比較大隻和鮮甜。有專人幫我們燒,正正在我身邊的烤爐,近距離看著,師傳一樣很專業又友善,為我們介紹食物的來源和食法,一個師傳負責全場客人的燒物,而且訂座都是他一手包辦,十分厲害!有專人介紹酒品,我們選了柚子梅酒和柚子檸檬,都是偏重柚子味,因為怕8%油精太勁,師傅加了梳打水,令迢杯酒更易入口和不易醉雖然主打是燒海鮮,但來到日本餐廳當然不能不吃刺身,叫了一個刺身盛盒(五款),這裡的刺身全部都好鮮味,牡丹蝦好大隻,鮮甜肥美,吞拿魚是我最愛,這個是生吞拿魚,和平時吃到的不一樣,是未經冷凍新鮮空運來的吞拿魚,肉質彈牙又嫩滑,而三文魚和油甘魚比較常吃,反而我以前吃過一次海膽就嚇怕了(因為覺得苦),這裡的海膽改變了我一直不敢再吃的想法,原來海膽是這樣的美味,很有海水味又甜,!第一次食生燒白鱔,皮脆卜卜,肉

吃其他食物時,燒海鮮逐一上碟,以前食過兩次甲羅燒,但不是專人燒,而是自己燒的(自己燒過龍乾了),這裡的甲羅燒膏味比較重,不會過鹹,很好香濃,上面還灑了些麵包糠,搽上卜卜脆的多士同吃,特別滋味!

其實本身不太敢吃牛舌,但朋友喜歡,唯有奉陪,這個香煎蒜片厚切牛舌上枱時,我還未察覺是牛舌,以為是牛柳粒,爽口又好彈牙,又厚又粉嫩,蒜香味濃,確是美味!

個人同樣不太喜好生蠔,不過見這裡的食材樣樣這麼新鮮,放膽再吃,燒蠔都算大隻,味道不像以前吃過的重金屬味~
蟹腳的殼預先劈開一掀起就可以原條吃; 活凡立貝有兩種燒法-牛油和清酒,活凡立貝比較彈牙爽口,牛油較香、清酒較清甜,各有各好,這回我較愛重口味的牛油味
燒牛油味的凡立貝時還著火的呀!

燒鮑魚可以點中間的柚子楜椒醬,既清香又帶點辣,不點亦可,本身已很爽很彈牙,不會乾又不會韌~珍寶大蝦雖是冰鮮,但都很有鮮味,大大隻肉質結實彈牙,可點右邊的七味粉麵豉醬,辣辣地更醒胃~

最後當然一樣唔少得甜品,蕃薯愛好者不能不吃- 蕃薯雪糕! 要放一會先,讓蕃薯溶雪軟些才能與蕃薯雪糕同舀來吃,所以我們先試柚子雪葩,非常開胃的甜品,有清理油膩感的作用,愈吃愈想吃,而蕃薯雪糕更是很香的蕃薯味呀!

好多客人但仍招呼得非常好,食物質素高,難怪閒日都爆滿,要食一定要早些訂座呢!
